My reasons are that I have to take lots of pills each day
I know, water, water everywhere, however which water is best for my needs? My choice is to drink only distilled bottled water. These are my reasons.
I have to swallow numerous pills daily. A lot means almost 50 pills daily. Obviously, that is a large number. I do not have much choice, but to swallow all of these pills without throwing them up.
For example, I developed osteoporosis and have needed to take calcium tablets every day
As a result of the drugs I have had to take, side-effects have occurred. I have to swallow more pills to counter these ailments. By way of example, I have osteoporosis and have been required to get down calcium tablets daily. The cause was the very high doses of Prednisone, because of pretty severe Crohns disease. As a result, I am required to take two additional calcium osteoporosis pills to help with my osteoporosis. That’s why I am required to swallow so many more pills than most people. When taking my pills, I cannot help but notice chemical smell of the water that flows out of our pipes.
I do not understand it, but this area gets water with a high chlorine level. I can really smell it. I get legally required and published water analyses that say the district’s water has a lot of chemical additives. I’m pretty shocked by this.
I mean, naturally, there are chemicals in our water, because the water flows out of nature. But, the additives are a problem for me. The water authority covers a large area, and they must ensure that the local water supply is safe to drink. Pay attention to the water quality reports that come with your water bill, since they can be very informative. Sometimes I would rather not know, yet understanding these water additives is important.
With distilled water, I can take all my drugs, vitamins and supplements
A while back my uncle arrived for a holiday and we had a conversation about chemicals added to the water. He is on the road quite a bit, and he told me that he travels with distilled water. Why, I asked? He said that it is the water knows he won’t get sick on. Besides, you can get distilled water in any grocery store.
I had never thought of that. Before, my only uses for distilled water for ironing. After this conversation, my Crohns has gotten somewhat worse. Because of these problems, I now have to swallow an increased number of pills. To deal with the nutritional side effects of Crohn’s Disease, I also must take vitamins and supplements, including multivitamins and extra vitamin C along with a calcium pyruvate 750 mg supplement that are medically prescribed.
Due to my Crohn’s, I am get sick from smells that make it so that I can’t keep my medicine down. Therefore, I’ve decided to drink only distilled water, because I must always take all my drugs and vitamins every day.
