WARMING UP
Before you begin your jumping exercises though, it is important that you take time out to warm up your muscles. JUMPING EXERCISES

Deep Knee Bends – This routine starts with you standing. Gently bent your knees without bending your back. Keep going low until you reach your limit. Do 15 reps of this.
Deep Knee Bend Jumps – Again start from a standing position. And then, in one swift motion, crouch really low before shooting yourself into the air. Repeat the sequence as soon as you land. Repeat this 15 times.
Toe Raises – Start from a standing position with your back straight. Keep your back straight as you slowly raise yourself on your toes. Count gently to two before slowly lowering yourself. Try not to rock back and forth. Do this again 25 times.
Jumping Rope – You can get any true jumping results without more jumping. Get a jumping rope and daily do jumping exercises. This not only will improve your muscles it will also sharpen your reflex.
Jumping Lifestyles: Aside from exercise, certain lifestyle changes can improve your jumping. One of these is to lose some weight. The lighter you are, the farther your muscles will be able to push you. Observing the people that compete at high jump games will prove this. People who are overweight and heavy find it difficult to jump high because of the effect of their mass.
