Saunas can be dangerous for those that suffer from heart diseases, blood pressure problems, pregnant women or any other medication that causes drowsiness and therefore should always be accompanied when using it. In home saunas can also be dangerous for children and therefore they should use it only under supervision and never let to activate it alone.

The door of your home sauna should always open outside so that it can be easily accessed from outside if required; do not provide any lock so that it does not get locked accidentally; provide an alarm for emergency.
